Rules of the game:
Post 5 WEIRD and RANDOM facts about yourself, then at the end of the list the names of 5 people who are next in line to do this. Also leave a comment on their xanga to let them know.

1. I've been bitten by many different kind of birds, including Horned Owls, a sparrow, a cormorant, a Red Tailed Hawk, a Canada Goose, and an Emu.  I've also been vomited at by vultures, which don't tend to bite because their beaks are too soft.

2. I've got information about more than 2000 individuals in my family tree, and an immense pile of information and records yet to go through and add.  To date, the most ancient family member whose birthyear I know was born in 1600, though there are several I'm sure are older, and the newest was born within the last quarter of a year.

3. This quiz is my favorite internet quiz of all time.  It's the only one I've deliberately taken more than once, just to see if I'd get different results.  I encourage everyone to take it.

4. When I was in Ireland, naturally I ate a whole lot of Persian food.  Why? Because it was tasty.  When I was in Poland, I ate many pierogi.  In my family, I used to be known as the pierogi king.  And the best Tiramisu I've ever had was entirely non-dairy.  No other Tiramisu has yet to come close.

5. I've never used shaving cream, and the only time I've ever cut myself shaving was when I abruptly sneezed, chopping off the top of my lip in the process.  There's not even a scar to show for it.  While on the topic of shaving, after I shaved my beard off the first time, I grew it back because one person who will likely never even see it said it looked good.  It is now thicker than ever (which, I hasten to add, is not yet all that thick).

I hope these were both RANDOM and WEIRD enough. . .

Anyway, I don't know five people on Xanga, so if you're reading this, consider yourself tagged.
